
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is the use of antibody/antigen interactions to visualise specific tissue antigens, allowing accurate identification of tissue and cell type.
As part of our service we provide antibody optimisation and verification on automated staining platforms. As well as diagnostic ISO-accredited platforms we have a research specific Ventana Discovery Ultra TM, capable of performing advanced research techniques such as bespoke multiplex staining with a variety of visualisation techniques, both bright-field chromogenic and Immunofluorescent (IF).
