Following her graduation from University of Westminster, Palwasha started her career as a Medical Laboratory Assistant at the Bart’s Health: Royal London Hospital in 2015. In 2016, she joined Buckinghamshire NHS trust: Wycombe General Hospital as an Associate Practitioner in Cellular Pathology where she completed her Institute of Biomedical Scientist registration portfolio. After completion, she decided to join one of the largest teaching hospitals St Georges University Hospital in Cellular pathology as a Registered Biomedical Scientist. In 2021, she relocated from the South-east of England to the Northeast to join tissue based diagnostic research and the amazing team at the NovoPath as a registered BMS.
